Products may be used for yourself or your customers?? products, but you may not put them on a diskette, Cd, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale(except for resell paclkage. if you buy resell package, you can do whatever you want). Products may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as passing our products over to third parties on CDs and diskettes, or letting others download our products from your website. In the event of such practices, the2day.com will immediately terminate your membership. Furthermore, by conducting such practices, you automatically waive any legal claims against the2day.com. If you do not abide by the terms of this agreement as described above, the2day.com will pursue legal action to the highest extent.

If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don't want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at the2day.com to use the products as they are.

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Technical support will be limited to problems such as the alignment of graphic and similar difficulties you experience. We suggest you contact your local developer for service and assistance.
